Upgrade StorageSearch is not giving back the asked results (two criteria)
Dear all,
I tried to start a search to find entries containing a certain author that also have PDFs attached.
I chose advanced search in my library where all of those are definitely saved and entered:
Find results with ALL of the following
Author contains [name] (I chose the wildcard variant so: [initial]% [last name])
Datatype of attachment is PDF
I get zero results for this even though there should be over a hundred. It works perfectly for one criteria but with two sth goes wrong. Any idea what is going wrong here?

JLHSAlmost two and a half years later I would like to know the same.

dstillman"Creator" matches parent items and "Attachment File Type" matches child attachments, so these conditions will never produce a match. If you check "Include parent and child items of matching items", you might get what you want.
