    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces the error?

    It's very strange. I didn't do anything, just opened the debug logging and enabled it, and then reproduced the bug. But a different error occurred during sync. The sync is very slow and takes 30 minutes, much slower than before when I didn't enable the debug logging.

    I read the pdf with Zotero and highlight some text. But when I open the PDF in my browser, there is no highlighted text on the pdf. why？

    Please start new threads for separate issues — it's too confusing trying to debug multiple issues in the same thread.

    Are you still getting the original sync error above? If so, please provide a Debug ID for a sync that produces the error. For anything else, please start a new thread.
