In paper, I enjoy reading with a ruler. On PDFs, I light to highlight the line I'm reading. I'd like to suggest a feature or a plugin to set-up something like this.

It could have a set-up to highlight paragraph, phrase, line or word and could jump to the next with key press or follow the mouse.

It would work perfect with a wireless presentation clicker. One could sit and just use the clicker to go on to the next phrase.

Is there any plugin like this?
