Would like to ask for help. This issue has persisted for months. I try to Save an article to Zotero using the Chrome web extension. It adds the snapshot to Zotero, but the pdf document rarely works. The error message:

"An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."

I signed out/in and reinstalled the web extension, but these methods don't work. I try to fetch the Debug ID, but it doesn't seem to show me any; therefore I can only provide a screenshot below:

I hope to find someone who know if this issue is regular or if there are any solutions I can try.
