Trouble saving files across all webpages
I keep receiving the same message when attempting to save files across different websites including Scholar and EBSCO. It appears to be able to save a lot of the information like titles and authors into the correct folder but it does not pull PDFs when available or attach URLs so when I click on a title, nothing happens

-
adomasvenCould you restart the browser and attempt to generate the Debug ID again?
-
dinersThe Debug ID is D1886067639
-
adomasvenDo you have Better BibTeX plugin installed in Zotero? If so, does it work when you disable it and restart Zotero? If so, can you post on this github issue where the BBT dev is trying to fix the issue?
-
dinersI do not have BBT installed
-
adamsmithHow many items are you trying to import at once? Both EBSCO and Google Scholar are subject to https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/site_access_limits
-
dinersIts usually a page at a time (10 articles) but I do multiple pages in a row. I'll go a while between importing and the problem has persisted across multiple projects. I thouight it was just the site access limit the last time I was using it a couple weeks ago but the problem began at the start of importing for my current project

adomasvenCould you submit a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to save that fails?
