How to clean Zotero database? (an item in tables, but not in my Zotero library or collections)

I was looking for some information through the zotero.sqlite database and collaterally I have found an item which does not appear in my Zotero library. A bit more specifically, I see in the items table it has itemID 1403 and using the tables itemData and itemDataValues I have found its title and creators. Then, if I search in Zotero desktop such title or creators, they do not appear in my library. Further, if I see in the collectionItems table, the itemID 1403 is not present.

Why this could have happened? (I see it was aded on 31th January and modified on 2nd April, but I actually do not remember anything about this item, neither adding nor removing it) How should I do to clean all the information related to this item?

    For my surprise I see that the other computer synced to Zotero the same itemID number corresponds to a different item.

    Can someone help on this?

    If you're experiencing some problem in Zotero, we can help with that, but we're not going to get into technical discussions about the contents of the database.

    Note that making manual changes to your database is completely unsupported, and if you do so you won't receive help here for any related or even potentially related problems.

    It is because of this that I ask for the procedure I should follow (I am also not interested in a technical discussion), maybe through the Run Javascript console

    @dstillman I've just seen that this key is not synced, but present only in one of the synced computers.
