Hello,

I am experiencing some issues inserting new citations in my dissertation. I started writing my manuscript and using zotero in word (for windows) but I had to change my laptop and re-install word and the zotero app and word plug-in in the new device. I opened my dissertation and synchronized my zotero account and library from the old laptop with the new one. Now, whenever I try to add a new citation in the text (in the new laptop, new word and zotero) it is inserted as if it was the first one (#1, I use nature citing style). Whenever I select my previous citations and click add/edit citation in the tool box, an empty text box appears without the existing citations (I infer they are inactive). Is there a way of 'retrieving' my citations and include the new ones chronologically?
