Zotero 7 Beta: Customizable main pane

Hi team,
Maybe this question have been asked, sorry i could not find it, but could you please help me to explain how to customize or turn off the highlighting of rows one by one?
Please help me keep my eyes healthy 8)
When I unfold item (article) or see many items it is so flickering for me.

I mean this (yellow marked lines):

Zotero 6 does not have this feature, so I can assume that it is new feature and can be easily customixable or turn off.
Much better to make it customizable - let to change color or turn it off completely.
I hope it is not a big issue.

    I am testing the 7.0.0-beta.80+9de70613a (64-bit) and do not see how to turn off.
    Maybe I do not understand comment above...and other comments say about the same - would like to custom or turn it off who wants.
    If there is a "secret" patch/plugin/advanced settings to do it, please share it :)

    You can't turn it off currently. My linked comment is the latest update on this.

    Ok, how to make it more shaded? I mean more darker color of highlighted rows than it is now (as a solution). I see You know it ;)

    It seems to add customization for this to "Advanced Preferences" (it looks like a list of preferences in Config Editor) much easy than change window dialog pane with settings.
    I think it would be enough.
