Zotero stopped working
Hello, my Zotero connector stopped working (error message when I try to add a new paper) and my desktop applications is no longer syncing with the online version (spinning wheel stuck on syncing).
I followed all the troubleshooting steps related to the Zotero connector, it's not due to the browser or to an antivirus.
Any advice?
I do have a note to upgrade storage but I think that only relates to PDFs not being saved? Is there a way to check?

For syncing, we'd want to see a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a few minutes of the sync icon spinning, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option.

I want to re-iterate that in addition to not being able to add papers to Zotero using the plug in it seems like my desktop application is also not able to Sync with Zotero.org, not sure if this is the main issue?
Looks like it was able to add a paper and it is now syncing. What can be done so I can use the plug in?
