How do I cite a chapter from a book in a volume?

I'm trying to figure out the best way to cite something from Chapter 21 in Book III of this volume ( https://archive.org/details/institutesofreli02calvuoft/page/n537 ). I was obviously planning to use the "Book Section" item type to cite the chapter and cite the specific section in the in-text citation, but since this volume includes both Chapter 21 from Book II and also Chapter 21 from Book III, it seems like maybe both the book and chapter should cited somehow.

    Given that the entire work is written by one author and translated by one translator (versus an edited volume where each chapter is written by different authors), I would recommend entering the entire volume as a "Book" item and then then citing the book and chapter together in the in-text citation.

    When you cite the book in your document, then open the page number window, choose "Book" from the dropdown menu and enter the book and page numbers in the textbox like this:

    "III, pp. 529-530"
