Import Zotero Library with tags

I installed zotero on a new computer and imported the zotero library (.json). The library was imported without tags and notes. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Instead of exporting/importing I would recommend to follow the steps outlined here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library

(And if you mean CSL-JSON, that's not even close to a full transfer of a library, even ignoring all the reasons not to use export/import for this in the first place.)
