Zotero Error in Google Docs

Hi I read people having the same problem. Midway of adding citation all was fine until I couldn't refresh my citation and bibliography. I have tried restarting the google docs, google chrome, the dekstop app as well as deleting the pre-existing bibliography and trying to add a new one. Could you please help? Thanks. I attach the Debug ID from both the connector and app.

    It seems that Zotero is trying to highlight a modified citation in your document. It is possible that some citation in your document by accident got modified to contain just a single symbol like a full-stop . or a space . If it did, you will have to manually find that citation and remove it. See Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents for how to troubleshoot general issues of such nature.

    Hi! Thank you so much for the reply and suggestions. I was able to isolate the problem and can finally continue the work with no problem.
