It's not clear exactly what problem you're experiencing, but you should test in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If you're still having trouble, provide a Debug ID for reproducing the problem in that mode, and also explain exactly what's happening.
