I have updated to the latest version，"version 1.0.33 Build d 261”, but this problem still occurs, that is, "unable to unzip snapshot". What should I do? My debug ID is D1374697057

    We've have to look into why it's still showing that error, but it's the same problem as before — the file just doesn't exist on your WebDAV server. See Files Not Syncing. Sorry for the confusion.

    We've just released 1.0.34, which we're hoping will restore a proper error in this case explaining that the file couldn't be found on the server.
