[7 Beta] Stuck on loading items screen
Running into an issue where, in regular mode, I am getting stuck on the "Loading items" page of the Library view. Sometimes, not all the time, it will go blank and then eventually say "An error has occurred. Please restart Zotero." The last time I received this error I reported it, with Report ID: 632060508.
I have also reported in the case of getting stuck on the "Loading items" screen, with Report ID: 1005691763.
Few things of note:
- The library issue does not appear to impede the functioning of any other aspect of Zotero. All my open tabs are still there and accessible, with no issues loading and reading through them.
- The issue goes away entirely when I run in Troubleshooting mode. To my knowledge, I do not have any plugins/extensions, so unclear why this makes any difference.

Now, when Zotero starts up, it results in a number of ".part" files being installed into my downloads folder.

At some later point, I was again able to restart into troubleshooting mode. However, this time in troubleshooting mode, I am now running into the same issue as in regular mode: I'm stuck on the "loading items" screen.
In either mode, I note that synchronization runs endlessly, and does not appear to ever succeed.
Current build: 7.0.0-beta.77+adaa61f2c (64-bit)
Running on Windows 11 (KB5036980)
Sequence of issues encountered:
- standard Zotero session freezes up, end up having to force quit through Task Manager
- upon restart, get stuck on "Loading items"
- restart again, this time into troubleshooting mode
- works in troubleshooting mode for a few days, then
Today:
- troubleshooting mode freezes, causing me to force quit
- restart into standard mode (still stuck on loading items), this time I see numerous PART files being downloaded into my Downloads directory upon Zotero startup
- restart again into troubleshooting mode, this time, also gets stuck on "Loading items", also seeing the PART files being downloaded in this case
- attempted to use the ZIP local application instead, encountered same issues
- sometimes will fail to restart upon selecting "Restart in troubleshooting mode" or "Restart with logging enabled"

I'll be sure to keep the number of pdf tabs open to a reasonable number going forward. Doesn't really seem like a bug in this case, so maybe instead can propose a feature request for a memory/[whatever the limiting constraint is] monitor of some sort?
