Zotero causes the crash of MS Word while inserting a bibliography with an author name that has a special character.

I inserted a citation in my paragraph with no problem, but when I tried to add the bibliography at the end of the paragraph, it crashed the Word.

The citation I wanted to add is: "Y. A. Çengel, Fluid Mechanics: Fundamentals and Applications / Yunus A. Çengel, Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Nevada, Reno, John M. Cimbala, Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering, the Pennsylvania State University., McGraw-Hill Education, New York, NY, 2018."

But when I replaced the "Ç" with "C" for the author name in my Zotero, there was no problem. I can successfully add the bibliography.

So, I believe there is a bug in this process.
