Can you please help ?
  • See Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero — specifically Step 11 ("Make sure you've given the Zotero Connector permission to access all websites.").
  • and when i put my mouse on the icon Z in extensions it says Zotero is disabled, when i open to check it says
    Zotero Status
    Zotero is currently available.
  • I did that already !
  • You'll need to follow all the steps through to the end. You haven't done so.
  • So it works perfectly for an article on wikipedia but it doesnt work when im trying to save an article that is in pdf
And i checked ''Allow this extension to read and change all your data on websites you visit'' is on
  • and if i try to save directly from the site before downloading in pdf its not working either
  • You still haven't followed the linked steps through to the end, or you'd be providing more information. We provide instructions for a reason, and we really do need you to follow them, or else we just literally can't help you.

But it would say "Zotero is disabled" if you're viewing a URL that's not an http:// or https:// URL — i.e., a file:// URL if your browser is set to download files rather than preview them, or an extension URL if some other browser extension is handling PDFs.
