"X JSTOR Full Text" - Unable to Download Articles to Zotero

For some reason, I can no longer download articles to Zotero. I have the chrome extension and the application, but when I use the extension to download an article to Zotero as I've always down, I get a notification with a red X -- "X JSTOR Full Text."

Both my browser and my application are up to date. I uninstalled and re-installed the Zotero app and the Chrome extension, but no dice. If it makes any difference, I'm a mac user.

Does anyone have any potential strategies?

    On JSTOR you need to manually click on a PDF link and accept their terms and conditions before saving will work. Did you do that?

    If so, can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for reloading the page and trying to save?

    @estefaniavelez: Your proxy server is misconfigured. You should send this page to your university's IT department or library so they can fix their server:

    https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/incomplete_cert_chain

    They can see that the SSL Labs test shows "Chain issues: Incomplete" for proxy addresses, as mentioned there. You can view the error report being submitted for an example URL.
