EBSCO Host not exporting to Zotero

I'm having translator issues only from EBSCO to Zotero. Other websites & database exports work well. I've uninstalled & reinstalled everything, make sure all is updated to the latest version, etc.

Error message is: An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information.

I've tried just exporting a single item, or selecting all in the provided list. I've tried exporting to a Group Library or my own Collection.

  • @dstillman -- EBSCO generally works, could you take a look at the debug, please?
  • @jwhitley11 You are saving too many items at once and are getting limited by EBSCO. There is a Zotero Connector Beta version available that will attempt to gracefully handle such cases by waiting and trying to save an item again, although it will appear that item saving is slower (instead of failing like it does now).
  • Ok thanks :) I'm using a multi-step export workaround right now but I'll try the Beta!
