Upgrade StorageHelp with updating citations!
Hi!
I have received a document through email and have as a task to make sure I change all the in text citations in the document that are in APA currently, and convert them to Vancouver style.
I thought the way to go was to first import the file to Zotero through the URL of the file, then open it in word -> go to the Zotero add on in Word -> then select document preferences -> select Vancouver style -> and then it should automatically update itself...
However, it is not working automatically EVEN IF I put the "refresh" button.
Hoping I can get help since I need to do this for today!

1. Were the references created with Zotero?
2. Are the citations active?
3. Are you working from the same Zotero (Group) Library?
