Ctrl-alt-c and ctrl-alt-a do nothing

Ctrl-alt-c and ctrl-alt-a put nothing on the clipboard. I have the default export set as BibTeX. It doesn't matter if I have one or multiple entries selected. I can drag things into notepad using quickcopy, but it'd be nice to use the clipboard.

    Ctrl-alt-SHIFT-c does do something, that's funny. The case sensitivity was unexpected, ctrl-alt-z opens and closes the zotero pane just fine without shift.

    if you change C to c in preferences ctrl-alt-c also works

    I tried changing it from C to c and all that did was make it not work at all. I also tried changing the key to a couple different letter without it working, but that was before I figured out that shift made it work. Once I'm done with what I'm working on now, I'll try disabling all my other addons and see if that changes things.
