integration error

hi, I still consider myself a newbie to zotero, and I've just had error messages when trying to enter citations in text; the latest, is thsi integration error. I'm now completely confused as to what extensions/plug-ins I need to make it all work....I have firefox 3.0.13 (I decided to downgrade since I was having a lot of problems with 3.5) and am trying to work with zotero 2.0b7.4 and was getting error message about incompatibility with 1.0b.3 word plug in...so thought I had to download python ext which I did (2.5.2.20080611) and now am completely at sea because I feel I have just mixed it all up...can someone please advise......thanks so much

    you're on Mac? Which OS exactly? Which Word?

    thanks for responding - I'm on mac 10.5.8 and still on word 2004 version 11.1; i'll now try the link.

    Please help me
    I've installed the Word plugin into Firefox but don't see the Zotero toolbar in Word. Then I close Word and in Firefox, go to Tools→Add-ons→Extensions→Zotero WinWord Integration→Preferences and click “Reinstall Word components”.
    My problem is I cannot reinstall word components. I clicked many times, but it doesn't work.

    Nothing happened when I try. First, I downloaded the Zotero beta 2.0b7.4, then I downloaded the Zotero Winword Integration 3.03a.
    I go to Tools→Add-ons→Extensions→Zotero WinWord Integration→Preferences and click “Reinstall Word components”.
    My problem is I cannot reinstall word components. I clicked many times, but it doesn't work.

    If there is no error, the toolbar is probably installed, but not showing. What version of Word are you using?

    I'm currently using Microsoft Office Word 2003.
