Finally... good work team. It is good to see that arm64 is being considered - the main great things about this platform is portability, battery life, communication (5g enabled) and lack of heat generation. For the researcher on the go, the platform is a no brainer.... The current workabout is to use the linux version on WSL and use libreoffice rather than MS Word (which is a bit inferior). Given that firefox for ARM64 is one of the very first native apps and runs very efficiently on ARM64, the transition may be easier than thought (coming from someone who has NO knowledge of firefox/mozilla code!!!
Popping this up given all the new ARM PCs announced today. Seems like they will have good power and emulation but a native ARM build would be even better.
With new Qualcomm X Elite and Windows on ARM 24H2, Windows on arm never been so able and powerful. But of course native Zotero on arm would be cherries on top.
