Upgrade StorageAlert when certain Keywords in RSS feed
Hey all,
I have set up some RSS feed in Zotero using the steps described here: https://www.zotero.org/support/feeds
However, ideally, I only want to only see new papers that contain a specific keyword in their abstract or title and not everything that a journal currently has on display. Or alternatively, I would like to receive an "alert" if a paper is added to my feed that contains a specific keyword in their abstract or title.
Is such a thing possible with Zotero?

If we could use the advanced search to look in the whole feed and not one by one, it would be a first step in the good direction.
On this topic, not sure if it is a feature or a bug, when I use the search engine, items are not organized by date anymore.
It looks like RSS caught the attention of quite a few people recently. i157655 is asking for some improvements too.

1) You can view all feeds together by selecting "Feeds".
2) You can then use the Quick Search to search across Feeds.
3) The Advanced Search is still limited to a single feed.
4) The Saved Searches are not yet available for feeds.
I guess the alert could be done with the saved search when it is added, by showing the number of results on the saved search collection, or through a plugin like Actions and Tags.
keywords filter differs from Quick, Advanced, and Saved searches.
Ideally, I want to pre-filter RSS before showing them in Zotero. Imagine I am reading the Nature, but interested in a specific topic. I would like to see only articles on that topic.
Here is my list of desired features:
1) showing abstract (currently it is just a mess of different texts)
2) showing graphical abstract
3) setting filters (like keyword filter)
4) customizing specific fields (like titles)
