Zotero Can't download PDF from Heinonline
I have a laptop and a desktop and both computers have exactly the same settings regarding zotero. And I have shared the literature library through onedrive.
However, on my desktop, I can successfully save PDFs only on a very limited number of sites. when grabbing literature on, for example, Heinonline, it shows a red ❌ Full Text PDF. On my laptop, everything works fine. May I know what steps do I need to take to resolve this issue? Thanks a lot!

It sounds like the issue is not isolated to HeinOnline, but if you can provide an example of a HeinOnline PDF that is not downloading via Zotero, I'll be happy to check and make sure it's not a problem with our (HeinOnline's) PDFs.
Because my expertise is HeinOnline and not Zotero, I will defer to the Zotero support/community at this time. I searched for "Zotero Red X PDF" and found a handful of other similar reports you may want to review, if you haven't already.

If we could please get a debug id from Zotero (not the connector) for an attempt to import from a Springer Link page where you're sure you have access to the PDF?

I am using Springer at https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11196-016-9489-2
I checked previous posts where I had a similar problem and I'm guessing that the problem might be related to the university proxy I'm using? The problem disappeared when I connected to the university's VPN, but reappeared when I turned off the VPN.
