Zotero Connector cannot save PDF
It's been a while since I got this problem. I've been trying to save PDFs using Zotero Connector, but when I click on the connector to save, it shows a red cross on the PDF icon.

I have access to the article site using the institute's network. I have no problem viewing and downloading the PDFs. Manually importing the PDF file into zotero after downloading was also fine, also there are no problems with syncing with my WebDAV server. The only problem is that I can't add PDFs using the zotero connector, it used to work but suddenly decided not to. Please help, it's very frustrating that I have to download every file manually.
BTW, here's the Debug ID for when I try saving an article using zotero connector: D1485934137
It's my first time summiting a debug request, please do let me know if any information is needed. Thank you in advance.

Such as one above from OPTICA.
If the problem applies to all, then I'll happily wait for Zotero 7. Thank you for the comment again

If you can find an open-access PDF on the site, we can likely fix this quickly. Otherwise might need to wait for someone with access to fix it. (Or we can guess at a fix from the output, but it would be better to test.)

Again, thank you for the prompt response and help, really appreciated it
