I installed your program per your instructions and the video provided by my professor. The initial page looked nothing like the one in his instructional video. Unfortunately, I have saved journal articles to this first install. Then I had to import the writing style required and was unable to import it using your instructions or his video. So I installed Zotero again. Now I have a page that looks like his page, but no journal articles, and a page with 50 journal articles, but all I am able to do on this page is add articles. There are no icons at the top of the first install.
