dstillmanedited January 9, 2024(Please start new threads for new issues. I've moved this to a new thread.) Requests to WorldCat are being blocked by either WorldCat or your internet connection. Many ISBNs won't work for you as long as that's the case.

patreidsI am having same issue - WorldCat has the book and appropriate ISBN (978-0345455291), but Zotero isn't getting it. I am in Ohio, so shouldn't be location issue. Happening with multiple books, but not all.

adamsmithWorks in general; we'd need a debug ID for a failed attempt to use add by identifier on that ISBN to say more https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output#zotero
