    If so I cant find Iceland under the Europe list.

    New entries are available immediately, but looks like new countries require a code update, so this would likely be in the next version -- @dstillman can confirm

    No, there was just an extra space in the entries (after the first %%) that was causing them to be skipped. Fixed now.
