Error en la integracion de zotero

Cuando cierro un documento y lo vuelvo a abrir, y le doy a citar, me sale este mensaje que pone: "Error en la integración de Zotero. Zotero experimentó un error al actualizar su documento.".
Me lleva a la pagina de soporte, he seguido todos los pasos pero cada vez me vuelve a salir. Lo único que funciona es coger un nuevo documento en blanco y pegar-lo todo ahí. Pero cuando lo vuelvo a guardar y cerrar, luego me vuelve a pasar lo mismo.

    Are you saving the document in OneDrive?

    OK, then from the support page:
    7. If using OneDrive on Windows, save the copy of the document to your local hard drive, or try renaming the file to remove any spaces in the filename. OneDrive is known to interfere with the plugin for some people.
