Zotero API throwing 403s during OAuth handshake

The Zotero Oauth handshake API seems to have broken in the past day. I'm getting 403's when attempting to get a request token. I also cannot register a new application to test with and get a 403 there as well.

Sorry, we made some server-side changes that caused some OAuth requests to be blocked. Fixed now. Thanks for reporting.
