Does it still happen if you restart your browser and Zotero?

Could you restart Zotero and your browser, then produce a
Debug ID
from Zotero (not the Connector) for an attempt to cite that results in the red bar?

keep happening, endeless process bar when i push refresh button

That Debug ID is still from the Zotero Connector, not Zotero.
