Upgrade StorageZotero online not syncing with ipad

My desktop version of Zotero is allowing me to access a pdf file but Zotero on my iPad is not allowing me to access the same file.

dstillman Zotero Teamedited February 20, 2024See Files Not Syncing. You were at your file syncing quota. Now that you have more space online, you need to sync the computer where the files actually exist.
