Zotero not linking documents in google docs with superscript anymore

I upgraded and installed the latest version of Zotero. It stopped working in Google Docs. When I go to Zotero and click on add/edit citation, the references are not imported and I do not get the superscript. It was working fine up until a few days ago. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can troubleshoot and fix it?

    To start, can you provide Report IDs from Zotero and the Zotero Connector?

    What exactly happens when you click Add/Edit Citation?

    nothing happens. I am unable to add a citation.

    That's not enough info for us to help you.

    Remember, we can't see your screen, so you have to describe literally everything you're clicking on and seeing on screen. The correct citation doesn't just magically appear in the document when you click Add/Edit Citation — there's a citation dialog where you first pick the correct item. Are you seeing that?

    And you didn't provide the Report IDs I asked for.
