I am using Zotero on Mac Word version 16.82 (24021116). It's worked fine with no problems until Wednesday when I started having issues. When I try to add a citation for Chicago 17 (full note), the screen shows nothing but a dropdown that says All Footnotes with the label Footnotes to the left of it. (See screenshot at bottom of post).

I have reinstalled Zotero.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero.
I have deleted and reinstalled zotero.dotm
I have copied a new copy of zotero.dotm from my Zotero applications folder to my Word folder.

None of these have worked. Does anyone else have a suggestion to fix this? If I can't resolve this quickly, I'm going to have to find a new citation tool. I have spent an hour and a half on trying to troubleshoot this and haven't found a fix. I can't afford to keep wasting time on this and I need to start research on my next grad school paper.
