Group invitations not received

I've recently sent an invitation to a new team member who says they've checked their email and spam and can't see the invitation. I tried a 2nd time and they still didn't receive it. Are there any other methods to add someone to a group library?
  • There are no recent invitations to the group you own, but there was an invitation a month ago that's still pending. If the recipient can't find that email, they can still join the group from the groups page, as long as they're logged in to an account associated with the email address you sent the invitation to.
