Handwritten notes

I have over the past few months been copying my reading material on paper and taking notes on the margins. I have now seen that I will have to move to using more of the research manager and move to more electronic. I do not want to loose access to my original notes. Is there a way for Zotero to read those had written notes

    You need to do optical char. recognition on those documents by other softwares, later you may import them into z

    Another approach is to transfer your handwritten notes to Zotero annotations or notes step-by-step by typing it while you view the pdf in Zotero. This technique would alow you to review the notes and reuse a way you prefer.
