I don't know why, but when I use Zotero to cite, some citations appear incorrectly in Word.
For example: (S. C. M. Gonçalves & Carmo, 2022) instead of (Gonçalves e Carmo, 2022).

For the second part, you'll probably need to remove the URL in the URL field in Zotero. That link shouldn't be in the URL field.
