Special Characters & BetterBibTeX export
Hi,
Does anyone else have a problem with BetterBibTeX export of their Zotero library after the recent update?
In my case some of the special characters are exported incorrectly, for example ‘ð’ which used to be exported as {\dh} now appears as {\textdh} and breaks the processing of my tex files.
Any ideas how to fix it, besides doing a daily search & replace to my updated bibliography?
Thanks,
K.

emilianoeheynsedited February 7, 2024If anyone else does, I would recommend them to open an issue at https://github.com/retorquere/zotero-better-bibtex/issues. That's where BBT support happens. I come here infrequently, and the issue might well have been solved between posting the original message and this reply.

emilianoeheynsedited February 7, 2024I see the change that caused this particular case. I have a fix running through the test suite, but if you have more characters than this causing you problems you'll need to open an issue on github.
