Error

When i want to save a pdf to my library on zotero i always get this error:
"An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information"
Can someone help me please?

You have to see the Getting Help page, follow the troubleshooting steps there and if they don't help provide the information that we ask for there.

I have seen the 'Getting Help pag'. My problem is not on there, I think. I tried multiple things and didn't help...

We always need an example URL for problems with saving, which you would also be providing if you followed the steps Adomas provided. We can't help you if you don't provide the information we ask for.

You're, at a minimum, not following step 14 which tells you what information to report for us to be able to help.

Okay, sorry I did not see the last 4 steps on the 'Getting help page'.
