Upgrade StorageUsing Zotero like BrowZine?

I like reading articles on Zotero, and I wonder if it is possible to use Zotero like BrowZine. BrowZine directly connects to a journal and allows you to read all articles through institutional library membership. I wonder if I can use Zotero like that?

The way I do it is to create RSS feeds of the journals I want to follow in Pubmed: https://www.nlm.nih.gov/pubs/techbull/ja20/ja20_pubmed_updated.html
And then add those in Zotero: https://www.zotero.org/support/feeds
