1518418400 and 911267065

I have downloaded Zotero today on 2 different computers (home and work) that use 2 different browsers.
The libraries have not synced.
Afetr changing password and doing restarts, no luck with syncing.
After adding publications to the second account (home) and attempting to sync, received this error message beside the sync button: "Group with libraryID 1 does not exist"
Thanks for any help.

    On the computer where you're getting the error, restart Zotero and try again.

    If you're still having trouble, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails.

    I restarted Zotero and the computer, and followed instructions.

    And? That just shows a successful sync with no errors.

    If you're still not seeing data you expect, see Changes Not Syncing.
  • Still doesn't show any of the references I added at work.
    Will have to troubleshoot the work computer tomorrow as the online account also does not show what I added at that computer.

  • Right, as the linked page explains, if you don't see the data in the online library, any device where you don't see the data is irrelevant.
