Upgrade StorageZotero can't save PDF from all websites.
I just experienced some trouble when saving PDF files from websites using zotero extension in Chrome.
I read the page https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues and confirmed the zotero application and extension are both up to date.
However, as for step 13 on this page, I found my zotero extension in Chrome gave some errors, saying "Only 0 translators present in cache". The whole error message is,
[JavaScript Error: "Error: Only 0 translators present in cache. Resetting
at Object.init (chrome-extension://ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc/translators.js:85:20)
at Object.update (chrome-extension://ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc/translators.js:262:47)

When the saving fails, there is also a message from the "save to zotero" button. It says, "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."

Does anyone can help fix this problem? I would be very grateful.

XiangyanAnYou are right. It also failed on APS (specifically, https://journals.aps.org/prl/) some days ago, so I simply thought the failure was for all websites when it failed again on ScienceDirect. Just now I checked APS and zotero extension works when saving the PDF files. Now it only failed on ScieneDirect. I read #Comment 451390 and I know the current situation.
