Can you tell me why I have no problem inserting references into small word documents with zotero, but when inserting references into large word documents the zotero software crashes?
I'm sorry, I'm unable to provide a report ID at the moment because when I insert references using the Zotero plugin in Word, the Zotero software automatically shuts down. Upon reopening, the error reporting menu shows that there are no errors to report. However, my current issue is that when inserting references using Zotero in a Word document exceeding 6000 words with numerous charts, the Zotero software automatically shuts down.

Steps to reproduce: 1.start word. 2.Click the insert position in word 3.Click Zotero 4.Select the reference to insert 5.Click ok
This is almost 100% not related to the number of words in your document, and instead to something else. You will have to follow the troubleshooting steps I linked to above.
