I've done all the troubleshooting suggestions however nothing has remotely worked. My entire library is gone then it started putting numbers instead of names and dates where the citations are supposed to be then in the references it only shares the url. My professor is who suggested Zotero and it was a lifesaver because it saved me so much time. I hope you all get this resolved because there is nothing else out there that compares. I've gotten six error codes from Microsoft Edge which I don't normally use.
