When I make Zotero narrower, Quick Search is over the tile of Info panel.

Does it occur after you have turned all the plugins off?

With all the plugins off, all is OK.

So you could identify which plugin is causing the overlapping and report this to the plugin developer.

As I tried, it might be the plugin that puts its icon next to Quick Search section.
I'll report this to the plugin developer.
