change the name of fields or create new fields

Hello, is it possible to create new fields in the type "Film" to add Actors/actresses and so on in a filmography ?
I don't understand the CSL language. What can I do ?

    You can add actors to a Zotero Film item using
    Performer: Gosling||Ryan
    in the Extra field. That can get picked up by citation styles, though I'm not sure how many (if any) currently do so -- creating a citation style for a filmography would be a different topic.
