Word crashes when I try to go in the document preferences in Zotero plugin

Hi all,

I have trouble with the newest Mac upgrade.

I have an existing document in which I would need to change the type of style used to change how citations appear in the text.

Unfortunately, Word crashes when I click on Zotero Document preference or any other Zotero button.
I am not sure how to fix this if one of you could help please ?

  • Does this happen in a new document? Could you submit a Report ID?

  • Sorry I had to cut the report down as it was way too long

That's an outdated version of Zotero. It won't work with Word on Sonoma. You should update to Zotero 6.0.30 from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in months.
  • (You also appear to have two copies of Zotero in Applications. You should delete them and download a single up-to-date copy.)
  • amazing thanks you too much !
