zetero can't download and save papers from the school library, it shows “An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.”
When I open web of science or others, a dialog box pops up “Only add proxies linked from your library, school, or corporate website
Adding other proxies allows malicious sites to masquerade as sites you trust.
Adding this proxy will allow Zotero to recognize items from proxied pages and will automatically redirect future requests to www.webofscience.com through %h/%p.”
And I click the “Add proxy” button, it still can't save paper to zetero and it shows “An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.”
