Can't download PDFs from EBSCO

I just started playing with Zotero, but I'm finding that it doesn't automatically pull down the full-text PDFs from EBSCO databases. Is this a known issue? (I've seen some discussion on it in the forums but nothing definite). Is there a list of known issues or can we search the bug database to see the status of dev issues? Auto PDF downloads do seem to work for other databases (tried with JSTOR). I'm on a Mac using the latest versions of everything, but I tried under Windows and the same problem is happening. I am connecting to my university through a proxy from home.

    Which EBSCO database are you searching?
